About Us

At Alex Brandtner Children’s Dentistry, we provide the highest quality care in a fun, child-friendly setting. We want your child to think of the dentist as a best buddy. That’s why we’ve equipped our facilities with the latest dental innovations, specially designed for pediatric patients.

Why we are different?

Our team is kid-friendly. We focus on education and prevention. And we do it all in a playful space. It doesn’t get much better than that! Because here at Alex Brandtner Children’s Dentistry, we don’t just care for smiles—we create them.

Quality Care

We deliver fun, not fear.

We put attention on prevention.

We “treat & teach” at every visit. When kids learn healthy habits early, it leads to a lifetime of great oral health. We also make every lesson fun—because happy kids keep coming back, and that creates happier teeth and gums. Moms and Dads, would you partner with us? Let’s work together to teach your child this valuable lesson: prevention is the key to a healthy smile for life.

We’re kid experts.

We’re not just dental professionals. We’re kid experts. We tailor our approach to fit each child’s personality, helping to build a strong doctor-patient relationship. And nervous little guys have nothing to fear—Dr. Brandtner knows how to comfort even the most apprehensive patients. So get ready for the unbelievable—your child’s going to love their dentist!

School Program

Our educators, Adaline Reedy, RDA and Karen Wadsworth, RDH along with Al the Alligator and Rocky the Dinosaur who work together to teach our elementary school age children about their dental health. We have been actively educating our local community on the benefits of good oral hygiene and nutrition since 2008. Since the inception of our dental health program, thousands of children have been taught the oral health benefits of brushing and flossing, as well as, how cavities form and how to prevent them. Starting in early October and finishing up in February for Children’s Dental Health Month, our education program presentations are offered to our local elementary schools and even some Pre-K programs. During our presentation we not only teach children in the classroom how to brush, floss, and eat nutritious food but we also bring along goodie bags for them to take home. The individual goodie bags include a new toothbrush, toothpaste and a pamphlet they can share with their parents on what they learned in the classroom. Teaching children at an early age allows them to understand why they should brush and floss twice a day to prevent tooth decay. Our 30 minute presentation is geared towards children with fun activities and interactive dental games. We encourage teachers, nurses and educators to contact our office with any questions regarding the dental education program or to schedule a presentation for your school. Please contact us by phone at 563- 355-0437 or email your request to adaline.reedy@D4C.com.
